Developing teamwork and leadership through outdoor activities, adventure and problem solving situations.

High Peak Outdoor Activities offer a range of courses based around outdoor activities and/or problem-solving situations for groups of all sizes, ages and abilities.

Courses are tailor made to meet requirements – they can range from a social/fun day out utilising one or a number of outdoor activities through to a specifically targeted course aimed at building teams through group participation, initiative challenges and problem solving situations.

In corporate or team building situations, all participants will be encouraged to show initiative in setting realistic goals and targets to meet challenge objectives. Activities and courses are designed principally to develop and bring out teamwork and leadership skills in both individuals and groups.

When designing courses we ensure that there are realistic and achievable aims and objectives based around the participants, their mental and physical abilities and the culture of the employers/organisation.

Post event, we offer feedback on event results and assess with the group whether objectives have been met.

High Peak Outdoor Activities are based in and around the Peak District National Park therefore having access to a wide range of terrain and event facilities.
